REALM is a members-only community of independent luxury real estate professionals. It is not a franchise and it does not brand the firms inside it. What members share is access to one another: education, client intelligence, and the deal flow that moves between advisors before it moves anywhere else. Admission is by invitation and by record.

What membership does in practice.
A vetted network
Membership gives us working relationships with luxury advisors across the country, admitted on their record rather than on a fee. When a client is moving to another market, the referral goes to someone we can vouch for.
Off-market reach
Property moves advisor to advisor inside the community before it is listed anywhere. That is how a buyer here sees a house that never reaches an open market, and how a seller reaches a buyer who was never searching.
Admission by record
Members are admitted on the strength of their work, not by paying for a listing. That is the whole value of it. A membership that can be bought tells a client nothing.
