Noble is a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and holds the Regent seat for Arizona.

The membership is an affiliation, not a franchise. It connects our practice to independently owned brokerages in other markets, and it is how a house here reaches a buyer who lives somewhere else.

02What The Network Is

Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate is an alliance of independently owned brokerages that handle the upper end of their own markets. Firms are admitted by reputation and by the work they are already doing. Membership is not sold, and it does not change who owns the practice or how it operates.

What it provides is reciprocity. A member firm can place a listing in front of member firms elsewhere, and can hand a client moving to another market to a firm that was vetted the same way. Noble uses it in both directions, for sellers here and for buyers leaving.

03What It Gives Us

What membership does in practice.

Reach

Referrals run both ways. A Scottsdale listing can be put in front of advisors whose clients are looking here, and a client leaving Arizona is handed to a firm we can vouch for rather than a name found online.

Admission

Firms are invited on the strength of their work in their own market. That is the whole value of it. A membership that can be bought tells a client nothing.

Regent, Arizona

Noble holds the network’s Regent seat for Arizona, which means the alliance routes its Arizona business through this practice.
